Music - Viola Improv at Concerts
Over the past 2 years, my family transforms our living room into a concert venue every month, with over 40 guests supporting Ukraine at each event. Both my parents immigrated to the United States from Ukraine as teens, but they still have many relatives there. When the war began, the emotional toll felt unbearable, and it was impossible for us not to help. We began hosting concerts to raise money for medical supplies and without even realizing it created a tightly-knit community of generous and kind souls. These concerts provide humanitarian aid and allow me to be a part of a beautiful community of musicians and music lovers.
I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to interact with so many incredible musicians in such proximity, to learn from them, and to get inspired to create my own magic.
One of our more recent jam sessions with Jovto. I am so glad someone caught this wonderful moment on video. These harmonies were entirely improvised!!
Performance with Alex Fefer!
One of the first times Jovto invited me to play on stage with them!
